Anderson Environmental Co. offers a variety of permitting services to a wide range of clients. Generally, permitting falls into the falling categories:

Air

We successfully obtain air construction and operating permits for a variety of clients and sites. We can help you through the permitting process. Anderson is also able to help you stay in compliance once you obtain your air permit by completing Annual Emission Reports required by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA).

Land

We have experience with both the Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) site and the Site Remediation Program (SRP) in the IEPA's Bureau of Land. Anderson can help you navigate through these complex processes and regulation so that our clients can achieve the results they desire for their sites. We have closed sites under RCRA requirements. Each year, we complete many SARA Tier II (Community Right to Know) reports for our clients.

Water

We have successfully obtained water permits for our clients including National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water permits, mining permits as well a process water discharge permits. We also prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans to help our clients meet their specific permit requirements after permits are obtained from the agency.
